The New South Wales peak farming body is welcoming a re-examination into the development of underground powerlines.

A recent review ignored community concerns, but the Greens and Opposition have joined forces creating a select committee on the issue. 

The State Farmers Energy Transition believe this new committee will work with the community to find the best solution 

Rural Reporter Georgia Kondek caught up with Spokesman Reg Kidd who says the inquiry heard overwhelming support for the underground lines.
