The state of rural roads in NSW

Farmers warn roads in regional New South Wales are not up to scratch and are pushing back against proposed changes to speed limits nationally. 

The federal government is considering lowering speed limits to as low as 70 kilometres per hour to curb a rising road death toll.  

Rural Editor Emily Minney spoke with The New South Wales Farmers Association Business Economics and Trade Committee Chairman John Lowe about the state of the roads.
