October is Mental Health Month with the theme Building Resilience: Communities and Connections.

The Plate for a Mate campaign also returns.

This year, the focus is on supporting the mental health of our farmers and people in regional areas devastated by recent natural disasters, as well as raising money for the Black Dog Institute.
