Financial lifeline for regional Telstra customers

Telstra customers doing it tough are being offered a financial lifeline. 

Nearly two and half million Australians are struggling to pay their phone bill, with regional customers most affected. 

The Telco is rolling out a financial hardship program for pre-paid customers, increasing the value of a recharge.
