Farmland value across the nation has reached an inflection point, with prices flattening.

Australian farmland prices in the first half of the year were 0.1%  higher compared to last year..

Making it the fourth consecutive half in which transaction volumes have declined to the lowest levels in more than 20 years 

Rural Reporter Georgia Kondek caught up with Rural Bank Insights Manager Greg Kuchel who said these prices are the the lowest in a generation.
