Australia's cattle industry is being celebrated for its efforts to reduce emissions and become more sustainable.
A Meat and Livestock Australia report shows the sector has reduced carbon emissions by 70 percent over the past two decades.
Solid waste to landfill by the processing sector has fallen by the around the same amount.
