The year long inquiry gave a scathing review of the Basin Authority.

Accusing it of "maladministration", acting unlawfully, and taking a "head in the sand approach" to climate change.

The 746 page report has 111 findings, making 44 recommendations aiming to improve effectiveness of the scheme.
