Australian Olive Oil producers are helping bridge the gap in supply due to drought in Europe. 

Heatwaves and drought across key producing regions like Italy, Greece and Spain has hampered supply and led to an increase in prices. 

But ANZ Agribusiness says it has presented the local industry with an interesting opportunity.
