Michelle Archival is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the higher education industry. She has a demonstrated history of success in leadership, admissions, recruitment, business development, and strategic initiatives. Her faith in God and love for ministry are what brought her to Covenant Journey Academy.

Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Covenant Journey Academy, specializing in fostering collaborative relationships that drive institutional growth, and expand organizational influence that align with strategic goals. In addition to her leadership acumen, Michelle is bilingual and a Certified Empowerment Life Coach, which has equipped her to engage with diverse communities effectively.
