Rochester publisher and journalist, Howard J. Coles makes opening remarks on the "Anti-repression platform", a typed document produced by prisoners and recovered from the Attica Prison following the uprising there in 1971. It is believed there is only one copy of the document extant in the holdings of the New York State Museum.
