”Copying is the biggest form of flattery”… we’ve all heard it but how many of us actually feel flattered when someone copies us? 

A while ago we put the call out on stories for you to share your triggers with us because we wanted to use it as a segment on the poddy butttt we had SO many submissions it’s become a whole episode. 

Whats even more surprising is that everyone’s was pretty much the same… no body likes being copied. 

Whether it’s someone buying the same perfume as you, copying your clothing or interior design style or just trying to one-up you in hobbies or things you are passionate about - if you find yourself being a bit triggered then you’ll love this episode. 

We unpack our theories (and there are a few) as to why you might be getting triggered so that hopefully we can all be zen monks and not have this bother us (not really but you get the point).
