00:00 – 27:58 – JMV begins the show by diving into the end of the Colts season, and the fact that Chris Ballard and Shane Steichen will keep their jobs despite another year of missing the playoffs. He talks about how the Colts are stuck in the past, and don’t seem to understand where they are as an organization. 

27:59 – 44:05 – JMV continues to talk about the Colts and DeForest Buckner’s comments about the team having a problem with “ego”. He takes some calls from listeners of the show who are fed up with this current Colts regime and want to let the organization hear it. 

44:06- 49:44 – JMV wraps up the 1st hour by reading some messages from fed up Colts fans. 

49:45 – 1:17:17– JMV begins the 2nd hour of the show by keeping the Colts conversation alive! He talks about Zaire Franklin, and how he has tanked his reputation with Colts fans this season. He gets into how he thinks the Colts need to hire a President of Football Operations, in the same vein as Bill Polian, to oversee the Colts and right the ship. He goes back to the phone lines and takes some more calls!

1:32:54 – 1:39:13 – JMV wraps up the 2nd hour by talking about the lack of accountability in the Colts organization, despite what Shane Steichen might say.  

1:39:14 – 2:10:56 – Stephen Holder of ESPN joins the show! Stephen and JMV discuss Jim Irsay’s decision to bring back Chris Ballard and Shane Steichen. They talk about the need for competition in almost every area of the team, as well as the need for a Bill Polian-type guy to get things headed in the right direction. They then get into the public perception of Zaire Franklin.
