On the plate: From Pismo's Coastal Grill - Chef Michael Corcoran made an incredible Miso Salmon with Jasmine rice and oriental vegetables with a Miso glaze. The meal was paired with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from Pine Ridge Vineyards.

The team talks unique white wines, trips to Napa, bottle shopping, country western songs, prepping for Christmas Parties, Las Vegas, suitcases full of wines, Sinatra’s and more.
