Paul Nicolaou, Executive Director of Business Sydney, spoke with Mark Levy about the rising concern surrounding the homeless population in the Sydney CBD.

Mr Nicolaou explained why the issue needs to be addressed quickly, calling on the NSW Government to appoint a homelessness commissioner whose role would be to coordinate state government services, the charitable sector, and other key stakeholders to combat the issue.
