A passionate Mark Levy has taken aim at NSW Premier Chris Minns and Treasurer Daniel Mookhey over a "handshake deal" that will see a super tax imposed on community clubs.
According to Levy, the Premier and Treasurer committed to the deal without involving the Minister for Gaming and Racing — leaving community clubs searching for answers.
