A veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan phoned in to Mark Levy to lift the lid on his battle with the DVA in covering his medical issues from years of service.

While still recovering from a cardiac arrest, and dealing daily with Parkinson's and depression, the veteran was reduced to tears on air in a heartbreaking talkback call.
