A passionate Mark Levy didn't mince his words, and called on Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to condemn former Victorian premier Dan Andrews for his visit to China.
The former Victorian premier was captured in vision alongside leaders including North Korea's Kim Jong-un and Russia's Vladimir Putin at a military parade in China, while also personally rubbing shoulders with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
