In 1993 Paul Denyer murdered three women. He was nicknamed the Frankston Killer.
While he was caught and brought to justice, his 30 year parole period has now come to an end, leaving the families of his victims devastated and those in the community again fearful for their safety, much like they were in 1993.
In this episode of The Quicky we find out why so many people say the man who took the lives of Natalie Russel, Elizabeth Stevens and Deborah Fream, shouldn't get parole, and why many believe Denyer will kill again.
