We already know that being sexually abused and harassed by your colleagues is against the law. But as we've been finding out in recent years, there are some industries where these behaviours are left unchecked. 

This week, one of the court cases linked to sexual assaults in Australia's mine sites ended with a guilty verdict. 

In this episode of The Quicky, we look at what this means for others who are still fighting for justice and whether the reviews, inquiries and guilty findings have done anything to change the culture where we dig up the ground.
