"The Instagram Face" is no longer. That's the word from those in the know who say the days of Kardashian look alike faces with full lips, poreless skin, high cheekbones with full cheeks, large cat like eyes and smooth under eyes, achieved mostly through the use of fillers, is out this season. 

But what is taking its place?
