Today marks the third major Gender Pay Gap report and for the first time ever, the data includes both the private sector and the Commonwealth public sector.

While the gap is slowly shrinking—men are still more likely to hold top-paying roles.

We sit down with Minister for Finance and Women Katy Gallagher to discuss the silent killers of pay equity and how we get to gender pay parity.
