We've been hearing for weeks now that the arrest of Former President Donald Trump was imminent and yesterday, those rumours finally became reality for the former President appearing before the court in New York.
He's been formally charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.
Of course, Trump has called it 'Political Persecution' and has called on his followers to protest. So now we're left wondering how this whole thing is going to play out, after all, no former President has ever faced criminal charges before.
In this episode of The Quicky, we find out what happens to a former President facing jail time and what this means for his campaign to become President once again.
