At some point in your life, you will probably be given an assessment of your health based on your Body Mass Index (BMI), but have you ever wondered how this is calculated and whether it's really that useful?

The Quicky speaks to a psychologist and expert in body image to find out how this method was created, what it's actually measuring, and if there are perhaps better ways to assess your physical and mental wellbeing.
