A 36-year-old man is in custody after a body was discovered west of Brisbane this morning.  

Police were called to an Ipswich home to do a welfare check when they found the 28-year-old woman with fatal stab wounds.

Meanwhile, police are investigating after a teenager has been stabbed in Robina.
