A 30-year-old Truck Driver has been charged following a crash on the Bruce Highway that killed at 13-year-old boy and a 40-year-old woman. 

Police allege the Prime Mover failed to slow down for a wide load leading it to smash in the back of two utes at Raglan north of Gladstone. 

Four other people were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The 30-year-old will face court next month for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
