Today marks the 54th anniversary of the 1968 Fair Housing Act. Signed into law by President Lyndon Johnson, the Fair Housing Act prohibited discrimination in the sale, rental and financing of housing based on race, religion, national origin or sex. To discuss the impact of this historic law and upcoming events tied to its anniversary, host Ramses Ja is joined by Muriel M. Nolen, Interim Executive Director of the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.
