 The Houston Informer Foundation, Inc. (HIFI) and the City of Houston Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs (MOCA) will be hosting “Steppin’ Back in Time: Houston in Retrospect,” a photography exhibition focusing on African-American businesses and community leaders of color in the Houston metroplex during the 1920s through 1950s. The 6-week exhibit will open on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
