Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church Jail and Prison Ministry is having their 3rd annual Resource Fair for formerly incarcerated men and women. This free resource fair will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 9 AM to 1 PM in the church gymnasium. Free resources include expungement, medical testing, job placement, housing services, ID services, counseling, clothing, and free food. We have Rev. Grammy-nominated Kerry Douglas, owner of Black Smoke Music Worldwide, Inc., and his wife, Marzetta Douglas, are here to talk about their new animated series, activity & coloring book called, The Hip-Hop Boobly Show. We also talk about how children all learn differently, the school-to-prison pipeline, and a glimpse into the life and history of Kerry Douglas in the gospel music industry.
