Appointed as the youngest judge by President Clinton, Judge Vanessa Gilmore has left an indelible mark in Houston and significantly influenced the nation.  This year's theme for Women's History Month was Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusionand the honorable Judge Vanessa Gilmore is here to tell us her story, explains what DEI means, and claps back at the people who has taken the phrase and weaponized it.
