Elle Mark is a Certified Prevention Professional with a passion to prevent youth substance use and promote mental and emotional well-being. Elle currently serves as the Prevention Education Manager for the Know the Truth Prevention Program working to empower students across the state of Minnesota to be substance free. In her spare time, Elle serves as Miss St. Croix Valley promoting the Campaign the Change Direction and their “5 Healthy Habits of Emotional Well-being”.
