Ar Dato Zulkhairi Md Zain, a director at Multi-Spex Architects and a council member at Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) and Teoh Tze Ping, Managing Director of lift-makers, KONE Malaysia, talk about the complexities of these issues.
