PROPERTY: The Changing Nature of Housing Regulation With Neil Goodrich - Social Housing September Series 1

In the first of a four-part series about social housing, Rob sits down to speak with Neil Goodrich. Neil is a housing professional who has studied the subject of social housing for a decade. He works for a medium to large housing association in the Midlands, Southwest and East and is the former chair of the CIA´s futures board.

He and Rob discuss how the way regulations are changing is impacting the social housing sector.
