Supermarkets are in a privileged position to support consumers in those lofty aspirations, even after the strict New Year’s Resolutions begin to fade. One of the roles that can be a fantastic resource to stores (and particularly produce departments) is the retail dietitian. Our featured guests today, on our third Retail Dietitian Roundtable, are Joni Rampolla with The Giant Company and Kimberly Asman with Weis Markets – brought together for this conversation by the Produce for Better Health Foundation, which has built a great network of retail dietitians to help grow fruit and vegetable consumption.
