What You Need to Know is Texas is reopening! Governor Abbott has opened Texas 100% and ended the mask mandate. Texas is a leading state in regards to reopening and this is a much-needed and bold move. There are two parts to Gov. Abbott’s decision — 1) there is a political part to it, and 2) It’s about time they open up. If you remember, Texas Governor was one of the first to close down their state at the start of the pandemic.
