In this week's episode, I chat with Rochelle who is the owner & founder of Mother Me - a postpartum meal delivery service in Perth. Rochelle talks us through her birth and postpartum experience with her two babies, Isla and Reggie. Rochelle planned two home births but her first resulted in a hospital birth and for her second she got her epic home birth!
