Ballots must be sent out by September 20, 2024 to military and overseas citizens. Viki says the Board of Elections is doing its part to ensure every vote counts.

Cumberland County fair organizers are expecting 10's-of-thousands to turnout for the 10-day event. Lisa Childers, County Extension Director and Crown Complex Marketing Director Maddie Eversole, say this year's county fair has something for everyone: food, fun, farm animals, and family discounts. 

The 9th Annual MAN22 Suicide Awareness Run event is Friday September 6th - 7th.  The 2-day event will recognize Gold Star families who have lost loved ones to suicide. Enrique "Ranger Rick" Murillo, CEO and Founder of Through Tragedy Comes Light, says the mission of the MAN22SAR is to raise awareness. Murillo encourages the public to show up and support the cause.
