The Red Cross has been working around the clock to support those residents in desperate need of relief in the wake of Helene. Phil Harris, Director of the Sandhills Region of the Red Cross has been on the ground with thousands of first responders and volunteers in Western North Carolina making sure residents have what they need during this long, unimaginable road to recovery.
