The Fayetteville Mayor talks about the new budget which will be presented to Council this afternoon.  It could contain some tax increases that the Mayor said will not fly.  He also discusses Ft Bragg's name change tomorrow to Ft Liberty, the Murchison Rd Project, Fayetteville's new College of Medicine and the future of the mobile homes by Fay Regional Airport.
