His career spans over six decades, with hits like “Breaking Up Is Hard to Do” and “Laughter in the Rain”. Sedaka has written or co-written more than 500 songs, many with lyricists Howard Greenfield and Phil Cody. His songs have been performed by himself and other notable artists, including Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Tom Jones, and the Monkees.
