It was the 99th edition of The Phatt and Brett and Keith shook things up a bit by having their Community Conversation early with City of Greater Bendigo councillor Damien Hurrell dropping by early for a chat about the challenges of being a councillor with the need to balance the commitment to the community and work, plus still being a husband and father. Cr. Hurrell's Aussie song selection was the Paul Kelly & Kev Carmody classic "From Little Things Big Things Grow", although Brett talked him into playing the Ziggy Ramo & Paul Kelly updated version. This was a great chat and well worth a listen.
The second hour was then filled with the Australian Music trivia that is "I Don't Know Yet" where Bret bested Keith with some great tracks before Keith chose the Triffids' classic "Bury Me Deep In Love" for a full spin. They also just got to squeeze in Keith's choice for "This Is Mine", playing a track from the Skyhooks controversial and underrated third album with "Million Dollar Riff".
Another week of The Phatt chock-full of Wednesday morning goodness!
