The four Democrat lawyers on the North Carolina Supreme Court just issued a ruling that would cancel recent voter-approved changes to the state constitution. Leftist groups sued over amendments that instituted voter ID and setting the state income tax rate at 7%. Voters approved other amendments, but the leftwing groups did not challenge those. The  Democrat judges agreed with the Democrat plaintiffs that the legislature didn't have the authority to send the topics to voters to decide because the Republican majority had been elected under gerrymandered maps.
