Penny thinks she may have manifested this week's story! After recording the last Penny Drop episode she dropped in to see a friend who put empathy into action. It was the perfect display of how we can be empathetic storytellers and have more powerful conversations.

After playing a game of Pictionary at the beach Penny realised that while like to think that we DO think about our audience when we communicate,  she's found that most of her clients find it harder than they realised thanks to very annoying cognitive bias.
