We are very excited to be joined this week by Håkan Loob, a rare member of Hockey’s “Triple Gold Club” which, to be a member, means you must win a Gold Medal at the Olympic Games, a gold medal at the IIHF World Championships and also win the Stanley Cup – all three! Only 30 players in the history of the sport of hockey have managed to accomplish this. Loob only played 6 years in the National Hockey League – all with the Calgary Flames, but in a very short time he had a very big impact becoming the first Swedish player to score 50 goals in the NHL and played in 2 Stanley Cup finals, including being part of Calgary’s only Stanley Cup Championship Team in 1989. 

Please welcome the man Calgary Flame’s General Manager, Cliff Fletcher called “the Wayne Gretzky of Sweden” - our friend – Håkan Loob !!

We are excited to be joined this week by Denis Savard - a Stanley Cup Champion who was a first round draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft,  He was one of the most dominate offensive players during his 17 seasons in the NHL which included a 3 year stint in Montreal where he captured the 1993 Stanley Cup as a member of the Habs. He played in NINE NHL All Star Games, and scored In 1,338 points in just 1,196  games, before retiring in 1997. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in the year 2000, and in 2017 was named one of the “top 100 players” in NHL history..!  Please welcome our friend, "Savoir-Faire"  –  Denis Savard !!
