Before becoming a CEO, he worked as a critical care nurse in an intensive care unit, and then he became a children’s and family pastor in a church in Melbourne. He helped people with their physical and spiritual needs. Now, Brett helps them with their social problems with their families. He has been married for 30 years and has been blessed with three sons and a grandson.
