He provides excellent insight into the trials and tribulations of social media and mental health. He also, provides great resources and solutions for people who might be experiencing mental fatigue or worse - as listed below.

First, we have the information what was made available by BCBSIL in the studio, which gives an overview of a PH-9 questionnaire medical providers incorporate into wellness exams and other doctor visits. The questionnaire, along with information about BCBSIL health and wellbeing programs, is available online at bcbsil.com.

Alternatively, there are unofficial online screening tools available from Mental Health America. These tools cannot give someone a proper diagnosis - only a mental health professional can do that. As such, we encourage anyone (even non-members) with questions to find a mental and behavioral health specialist in their area. BCBSIL members can be provided a list of providers in-network and in their area by calling the number on the back of their card.
