Gene obtained a letter sent from North Providence Mayor Charlie Lombardi to the Police and Fire Unions in the town over a dispute including the honor guard for a recent 9/11 ceremony. Mayor Charlie Lombardi, North Providence Fire Battalion Chief and North Providence Sargent Joseph Cole, joined Gene Monday to discuss what happened and the contractual requirements of both unions.
