35 year old Robert Maggiacomo is facing felony charges in connection with the Federal Hill motorcycle crash earlier this month. Maggiacomo faces two felony charges. According to Providence Police, "“This investigation revealed actions that allegedly placed a motorcyclist and numerous members of the public at serious risk of harm.."
