A big percentage of the R97billion was once again distributed towards Education and Health, please elaborate on that choiceWith the province’s high unemployment rate remaining a concern, how does this budget respond to that issue? We know entrepreneurs have an important role to play in boosting economic growth and creating jobs, is there any cash injection into the sector this year, if yes which sectors have you catered for?
