Eastern Cape Floods death toll rises to 95

As part of commemorating Youth Month. The Free State Department of Economic Development and Tourism, in partnership with the National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa (NEMISA), Vaal University of Technology, and National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) recently hosted certificate ceremony for 30 young people from across the province who completed the comprehensive training programme in cellphone repair.
