The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) says next week’s sitting will go ahead as scheduled. This despite the fact that  uMkhonto weSizwe Party has written to Chief Justice Mandisa Maya requesting that the sitting should await the outcome of the review application as they have filed an appeal interdicting parliamentary leader John Hlophe from joining the sitting. So what’s next for the party following the JSC’s announcement?
